adish International is a global-outsourcing company enabling businesses to overcome the barriers in providing customer solutions. The company was formed in 2011 to provide multilingual, outsourced business services for the mother company, adish Co., Ltd in Tokyo, Japan. adish International strives to help our clients succeed by providing high-quality support services through multilingual customer support, and social media management all over the world.

GaiaX was granted the certificate of Compliance by the Information Security Management System (ISMS), the international standard for security information.

The release of Social App Support, providing outsourced customer support solutions for apps.

GaiaX Asia Corporation (now adish International Corporation) has been established in Manila Philippines.

Release of Social Listening service (now a solution of Internet Monitoring) to identify social media risks for companies.

At adish, our mission is to deliver “delight in every connection.” We thoughtfully respond to our client’s user email inquiries, monitor social media pages, and moderate online communities, 24/7, and work closely with our clients worldwide to ensure sustainable growth of their players, users, fans and brand advocates worldwide. At adish, we adapted the philosophy of Japanese hospitality or “Omotenashi.” Our aim is to serve, anticipate, and support the needs of game players and online application end-users, who literally foot the bill of the entire online game and social application industries.

Mr Joseph Donato N. Pangilinan succeeded Mr Jun Ishikawa in July 2015. He brings with him three decades of experience in international business, entrepreneurship, corporate governance, and strategic management. He served as either CEO or Director of several institutions including the Manilapearl Corporation, ProjectMasters, Inc, Business works, Manila Genesis, Lockwell builders, Inc., Arrowhead Consulting Inc., the SB Finance Corporation, and the Development Bank of the Philippines. Mr Joseph graduated BS in Industrial Engineering at the University of the Philippines - Diliman and took his Masters in Business Administration at the DLSU-Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Hiroki Edo is the founder and group CEO of adish Co., Ltd. He joined Gaiax Co. Ltd. in 2004. After graduating from Tokyo University, he established several businesses like customer support for mobile applications, consulting for school against cyber-bullying, and monitoring for social media within his 10 years in Gaiax. With a proven track record as a business leader, he established adish Co. Ltd. in 2014.

Mrs Abigail Salazar joined adish International Corporation on May 16 as Human Resources and Administration Manager. She has 10 years of professional working experience and has been exposed to BPOs (Convergys, Transcom, JP Morgan & Chase), Retail/E-Commerce (Lazada), Recreation and F&B industries (Flow House Manila, Distillery Group); the latter were mostly start-ups. She has launched HR Information Systems, Engagement processes and initiatives in line with Human Resources and Administration.

Mr Philip Sanvictores is a Filipino Technopreneur and was awarded by Emperor "Order of the Rising Sun" in 2018, for his efforts to expand Japanese Language education here. He was ASEAN Council of Japan Alumni - Chair as well as Philippine-Federation of Japan Alumni, Chairman. CEO of Netmarks Philippines, Kiosk adventures Inc, and several other companies. He has extensive experience in doing business with Japanese and regional companies in the field of IT integration, machine tools distribution, factory and office automation, and supply chain management solutions. Mr Sanvictores proved his four decades in business and contributes invaluable, strategically relevant questions and insights for the company improvements.

Overseas Operations Manager & Board Member

Ms. Rie joined GaiaX Co.Ltd. - Fukuoka branch in 2011. She has 11 years of customer management experience from her previous jobs. On her 5th year with GaiaX, she managed the operations of customer support for social applications in Fukuoka branch, she is also in charge with project management of big projects and engaged in the creation of multilingual operations services. She became the Operations Manager of the Customer Support for Social Applications in the Philippine branch. She moved to Tokyo and become Overseas Operations Manager in the head office. In January 2016, she was inaugurated as a board member of adish International Corporation.
